Pipeline
The pipeline of (re)development projects in Spain amounted to € 22 million (2008: € 15 million), of which € 4.3 million (2008: € 0.8 million) has been invested to date. The extension of the shopping centre in La Loma in Jaen is still included in the fixed pipeline, but the project has been deferred. In addition, the redevelopment of the top floor of Maremagnum was included in the variable pipeline at the end of December 2009. After the departure of the discotheque tenants, Corio started with the redesign and reletting of that floor, which has a Gross leasable Area of approximately. 2,800 m2. As soon as the required permits are in place, the works will start.
