The company financial statements form part of the financial statements of Corio N.V. (‘Corio’ or ‘the Company’) for 2009. The company financial statements presented are in accordance with Part 9, Book 2, of the Netherlands Civil Code. For the company financial statements of Corio, use has been made of the exemption provided by Section 402, Book 2, of the Netherlands Civil Code. The financial statements have been prepared in compliance with the Financial Supervision Act 2007.
